Information we collect

• URLs you submit, the public pages discovered from them, and the audit results generated from those pages.
• Technical request information, including an IP address used for security and rate limiting.
• An email address when you choose to join a waitlist or request an update.
• Basic usage information collected through Plausible Analytics and Vercel Analytics.
• First-party product analytics we host ourselves: the pages you view, the actions you take on them, a randomly generated visitor identifier stored in your browser, and coarse device, browser, and country information.

Session recording

To understand where the product confuses people, we record how pages are used: clicks, scrolling, pointer movement, and changes to the page. These recordings are stored on our own infrastructure and are never sent to a third-party analytics vendor.

Text you type is masked before it ever leaves your browser, and email fields are excluded from recording entirely. We do not capture passwords or payment details, because the site does not collect them.

We only record sessions where somebody is actually present. Time counts only while the tab is visible and you have interacted recently, and recordings that capture no engagement are discarded rather than stored.

Recordings and the associated event history are deleted automatically after 30 days.

Cookies and browser storage

We use no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Our analytics providers, Plausible and Vercel, are both cookieless. What we do store on your device is limited to three things:

• Analytics identity — a randomly generated visitor and session identifier kept in your browser’s local storage. It contains no name, email address, or account. Only written once analytics are permitted, and deleted when you turn them off.
• Your privacy setting — a cookie recording whether you allowed analytics, and a cookie recording which regional privacy rules apply to you. These are necessary to honour your choice, so they are set regardless of it.
• Dismissed notices — a local storage entry remembering that you closed a site announcement.

Consent and legal basis

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we ask permission before product analytics or session recording start, and nothing is written to your device until you agree. Declining costs you no functionality. Ignoring the request is treated as declining, and you can change your mind at any time using the control below.

Elsewhere, analytics run on notice, which is what this page provides, and you can switch them off below at any time. In all regions we honour the Global Privacy Control signal if your browser sends one.

Separately from analytics, we process technical request information, including your IP address, to rate limit the service and prevent abuse. This is necessary to operate the site securely and is not covered by the setting below.

How we use it

We use this information to run audits, return reports, prevent abuse, understand whether the product is working, and contact people who explicitly join a waitlist.

AgentReady audits public web pages. Do not submit private URLs, credentials, or content you are not authorized to access.

Service providers

AgentReady uses service providers including Vercel for hosting and delivery, Supabase for application data, and Plausible and Vercel for analytics. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate AgentReady, or when required by law.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as it is useful to operate and improve the service, meet legal obligations, or resolve security issues. Product analytics and session recordings are deleted after 30 days. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can turn product analytics and session recording on or off for this browser here, whichever region you are in and whatever you chose before. Turning them off stops collection immediately and deletes the identifier stored in your browser.

You can also use the site audit without creating an account, and choose not to join a waitlist. To ask what we hold about you or request its deletion, contact us using the details in our terms.
